MY COMMISSION PROCESS IS SIMPLE, EXCITING AND WORRY-FREE
- I will paint for you no matter where in the world you live.
- There is NO FINANCIAL commitment upfront. I will do my best to fulfill your dream of an amazing painting. If you are extremely delighted with the final result, you pay the fixed price when the painting is finished and before it is shipped to you. We always agree the fixed price before I start painting.
And voila: your very own painting will be on its way to you! Of course, you will never be obligated to purchase the commissioned painting if you do not like it. The canvases will remain in my possession and be sold, just like any other of my art works. - There are NO CONTRACTS to sign.
- Painting is COMPLETED ON TIME.
HERE IS THE SECRET TO THIS SUCCESS:
The best way for me as a painter to get to know your wishes, discuss your ideas, and get to know you is a Skype “Coffee” appointment where we can easily specify all the details. If you wish, you can also show me the room where you would like the future painting to be.
COMMISSION DESCRIPTION
HOW IT WORKS:
- Get in touch by email, book a Skype “Coffee” appointment, or call me. We will discuss your idea, colours, size, price, and all the details of what you want in your painting. I may ask for reference photos, sketches, colors, styling, and anything else that I should incorporate into the piece.
- Once the details are finalized I’ll give an estimated due date of when it may be finished and begin working on the piece. Commissions take between 1 and 6 weeks depending on the size and motif, schedule, time of the year, and the particulars of your commission.
- Note that international commissions may take longer to arrive due to customs and shipping that are out of my control. If this commission is for a special occasion or date, please purchase the commission at least a MONTH in advance to ensure its completion!
- My signature identifies my every painting as an original piece of art created, painted, completed, and approved exclusively by me alone.
- I will use your idea only for the custom painting of your order and will not reproduce the painting. That means you will be the only one in the world owning that unique piece of art that you always wanted to have!
- With the painting you will receive:
- a Certificate of Authenticity
- photos of the painting process of your custom order
OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING PAINTING AND SHIPPING
There is no minimum spend or maximal size requirement.
In some cases I will send you the painting ready-stretched to be hung on your wall.
Otherwise I will roll the canvas onto a tube and pack it firmly (with the disassembled timber frame) in a box to be safely shipped to you. In that case stretching the canvas around the timber frame will need to be arranged at your convenience.
